Job summary

Kaseya seeks a hands-on ETL Lead / Data Migration Architect to own the migration of quote-to-cash data from Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Oracle. You will lead end-to-end strategy, from source analysis and mapping through transformation, reconciliation, and cutover, and mentor a team of ETL developers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering/ETL, incl. 3+ years as lead/architect.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ data model.
• Experience with NetSuite extraction and SuiteBilling.
• Proficiency with bulk APIs, REST/SOAP, and data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy and architecture (phased vs. big-bang).
• Design scalable ETL pipelines aligned with RCA and Oracle.
• Profile CPQ and NetSuite data models for mapping.
• Map CPQ data into RCA model and Oracle ERP data.
• Lead onshore/offshore developers and analysts.
• Produce mapping specs, runbooks, cutover plans, and data dictionaries.
