Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an experienced leader to drive the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud. You will own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash capability, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, and billing scale with the business.

The role requires deep Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud expertise, architecture, and data integrations, along with a track record of delivering complex Q2C programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementations or migrations
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies
• Ability to lead sophisticated system initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business process and technical design
• Experience with data modeling, system integrations, and security design
• Experience leading end-to-end CPQ/Revenue Cloud projects

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash capability
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the Q2C workstream
• Define and implement solution roadmaps and integration strategies
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership for CPQ
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product for seamless adoption
• Mentor development/configuration teams and ensure best practices
