Job Title: Lead Data Management Analyst

Duration: 12+ Month(s)

Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Role

Job Description:

• Organize and lead companywide initiatives to ensure data quality is maintained, supporting effective business processes.
• Oversee analysis and reporting for regulatory compliance, identifying and recommending solutions for data quality or integrity issues.
• Evaluate data quality metrics and audits to benchmark data quality, adhering to data governance standards and procedures.
• Identify new data sources and develop assessments for their quality; lead project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Recommend remediation strategies for process or control gaps aligned with management strategies; serve as a relationship manager for a line of business.
• Consult with senior management on assessments of data and metadata quality; represent the company in cross-functional data governance initiatives.
• Partner with various groups and seniority levels to coordinate and execute solution design and remediation efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with DQ implementation, specifically Ab Initio Express>IT as a Data Quality tool.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• 5+ years performing data profiling.
• 5+ years developing data quality rules.
• 5+ years proficiency with DQ tools such as Ab Initio DQE/Express>IT, Metadata Hub.
• 4+ years in data analysis or data management roles.
• Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing for 5+ years.
• Strong knowledge of data models and data supply chains.
• High attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
