Oracle Subscription Management Lead/Advisor (Tech/Functional)

ROLE: Oracle Subscription Management Lead/Advisor (Tech/Functional)

START DATE: Immediate or within 1 week

DURATION: 8–10 weeks

APPROVAL STATUS: Role is approved

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Subcontracting opportunity supporting a major consulting firm on an active client project. This position fills a newly identified gap in the Subscription Management workstream.

LOCATION: Remote (time zone details pending confirmation from the project team)

INTERVIEWS: Direct client interview, possibly preceded by an internal screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead for Oracle Subscription Management implementation and solution delivery
• Configure and manage subscriptions, charges, recurring billing, and related functionality
• Act as a client-facing advisor to gather requirements, clarify needs, and support backlog grooming and sprint/feature demos
• Provide strategic input and challenge designs to optimize out-of-the-box (OOTB) Oracle capabilities
• Collaborate with technical teams (including offshore resources) to ensure successful execution
• Drive design, delivery, and integration efforts across multiple Oracle modules and workstreams

Required Experience:

• Proven leadership in Oracle Subscription Management implementations
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications
• Experience converting legacy subscription data into Oracle Cloud
• Integration experience between Subscription and Maintenance modules
• Integration experience with PPM (i.e., translating billing lines into billing events within Oracle Projects)
• Ability to lead client conversations and solve complex implementation challenges directly
• Must be hands-on while also guiding the team strategically
