A leading organization is seeking a clinical professional to support housing initiatives for individuals facing homelessness and serious mental illness. **_The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals facing homelessness, substance use issues, or serious mental illness (SMI). Key qualifications include familiarity with fair housing laws, community programs, and HUD-funded initiatives. HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) experience is a plus for this role._**
**_The position involves substantial travel, up to 75%, for community outreach and events in the following regions:_**
Responsible for supporting housing providers to comply with state and federal housing regulations and evidence-based practices related to housing. This includes assessing the needs of homeless individuals and families, assisting with obtaining and maintaining permanent housing, and collaborating with the Housing Administrator to improve housing placement and retention efforts. The role is remote and involves working with community partners, housing providers, internal care teams, and referral systems to coordinate services and support housing initiatives. Additionally, the role will support the implementation of Nevada Medicaid’s upcoming In Lieu of Services (ILOS) for Housing Supports & Services.
Pay Range: $57,700 - $80,800 per year. Benefits include health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field, or office).
