Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a senior data engineering leader who can drive Customer 360 initiatives and modern data architectures. You will design identity resolution frameworks, build data models, and partner with business stakeholders to create scalable solutions.

You will lead data pipelines, establish data governance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and SMEs in a remote, EST-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of data engineering experience.
• Three+ years in lead/principal/architect capacity.
• Track record building modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience delivering greenfield data initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; ML/AI workloads experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Customer 360 capabilities across multiple platforms.
• Design identity resolution frameworks and customer identity graphs.
• Develop data models and architectures for mapping and unification.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and build high-scale batch and streaming pipelines.
• Lead data product initiatives and establish best practices.
