Job summary

phData is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Data Engineering team. In this role you will partner with clients to understand objectives, architect scalable Data & AI solutions, and lead engineering teams from discovery to production deployment.

You will combine technical depth with consulting skills to advise stakeholders, communicate trade-offs, and drive measurable business outcomes while promoting AI-first engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture or data engineering.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled data solutions in cloud environments.
• Proven consulting experience leading discovery, architecture, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to translate client challenges into scalable Data & AI architectures.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout client engagements.
• Develop architecture diagrams, design docs, and implementation plans.
• Oversee delivery from architecture through production deployment.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and enablement.
