Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production data pipelines.
• Experience with dbt, cloud warehouses, and orchestration tools.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Client-facing with clear communication.
• Self-directed with high ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Run data & AI-readiness audits and write the technical report.
• Build production data platforms including ELT/ETL pipelines and tests.
• Make data AI-ready with semantic layers and lineage.
• Provide fractional data leadership embedding with client teams.
• Own the relationship and scope work directly with clients.
