Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to architect and scale real-time, low-latency data infrastructure powering AI applications. You will transform static data stores into active contexts and collaborate across tech and creative teams in a hybrid culture.

The role emphasizes building enterprise-grade data lakes/warehouses, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring engineers while delivering product-minded data solutions for U.S. clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering: designing, building, and scaling data pipelines and cloud infra.
• Beyond Data Migrations: activating data infra for real-time downstream apps.
• Agentic & Real-Time AI Backends: building data layers for real-time, event-driven apps and RAG at scale.
• Deep Cloud Expertise: strong experience with AWS, GCP, Azure and modern data stacks.
• Core Technical Stack: Python and SQL proficiency for data processing and pipelines.
• AI Workflow Mastery: using AI-assisted development tools and automated engineering workflows.
• Leadership & Communication: mentoring engineers, setting standards, strong hybrid-work communication.
• Located in Latin America.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Activate Data: design, build, and scale high-throughput, low-latency data infra.
• Transform Latent Stores: make static data active for AI agents and downstream apps.
• Real-Time & Event-Driven Pipelines: build real-time ingestion and retrieval pipelines for AI apps.
• Technical Leadership & Standards: establish data architecture standards, CI/CD, and docs; mentor engineers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with ML, product, and creative teams to translate requirements into data APIs.
• AI-Enabled Engineering: leverage AI-powered coding and automated workflows to accelerate development.
