Job summary

Ascendion invites a Lead Data Engineer to drive data platform, analytics, and data product initiatives, coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams with business stakeholders.

You will leverage Databricks, SQL, AWS, Airflow, Datadog, APIs, and Atlan to build scalable solutions, champion GenAI concepts, and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

12-15 years of data engineering experience, including 4+ years with Databricks.
Experience with Data Products, Telemetry Data, Clean Rooms, APIs, and modern data platforms.
Knowledge of GenAI concepts, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, and Databricks AI capabilities.
Proven ability to lead onsite-offshore teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery.
