T-Mobile seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and develop data architectures across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid platforms, supporting analytics and decision making. You will collaborate with data engineers, mentor teammates, and contribute to data architecture innovation.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or 3 years with an advanced degree, strong cloud and SQL/NoSQL skills, and hands-on data pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in related work is required or an advanced degree with 3 years experience.
• Field of study: Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related.
• 4-7 years cloud solutions experience on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is required.
• 4-7 years hands-on data migration to cloud platforms are expected.
• 4-7 years SQL/NoSQL relational design and development experience.
• 4-7 years building complex data pipelines using Python and languages like SQL, Java, Scala, Go.

Responsibilities

• Develop data engineering solutions enabling data pipelines, visualization, and analytics.
• Design data architectures across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid platforms for scalable data infrastructure.
• Perform data wrangling and discovery to generate business insights.
• Mentor team members and advance data engineering capabilities.
• Assist management with project estimation, planning, and scoping.
