Job summary

T-Mobile US Inc. seeks a senior data operations leader to design, execute, and continuously improve enterprise data processes across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.

You will own data integrations, governance, and automation, partnering with Engineering and external vendors to deliver reliable data for advertising decisions. You will mentor junior analysts, advance self-service capabilities, and drive standards for data quality, pipeline reliability, and escalation procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years data experience in relational/non-relational environments.
• 7–10 years experience with data identification, querying, cleaning and quality assessment.
• Experience with data governance and enterprise data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance enterprise data operations frameworks and SLAs across on-prem and multi-cloud.
• Serve as senior authority for data quality, integration, and pipeline issues.
• Lead migration to automated, documented systems and self-service data refresh.
• Manage data partner and vendor relationships with SLAs and contracts.
• Drive governance standards and international data expansion across integrations.
• Mentor junior analysts in data analysis, quality, and tooling.
