The ideal candidate has 15 years of semiconductor product development experience, including mixed-signal interfaces, SerDes and DDR, embedded processors, and post-silicon validation. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years ASIC design/verification.
• Master's degree (7+ years) or PhD (6+ years) in related field as alternative.
• Deep expertise in data center SoCs, mixed-signal SerDes, DDR, PCIe.
• Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record delivering high-performance, energy-efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee chipset development from concept to commercialization.
• Drive KPI targets: PPA, schedule, cost.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads.
