Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Server Software Integration Engineer across multiple US locations.

You will lead end-to-end integration of a high-performance software stack for our server products, coordinating with SoC, software, firmware, and verification teams to ensure timely production readiness. The role emphasizes architecture, design-for-test, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust reference platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• 4+ years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Server Reference Platform SW/FW requirements traceability among cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to FW architecture and design with emphasis on smooth integration and DFT.
• Coordinate deliverables across releases of the reference platform.
• Work with SW Verification Engineering to validate requirements at component, integration, functional, and system levels.
• Collaborate with PDM & PGM to address customer platform adoption challenges in future releases.
