Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management professional to plan and coordinate all aspects of lab operations projects from initiation to delivery. The role emphasizes asset management, resource allocation, and on-time delivery across data centers and warehouses.

Preferred experience includes datacenter environments, servers, storage, and networking equipment, with strong emphasis on documentation, risk analysis, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience in project/program management or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
• Hands-on configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IP networks.
• Experience in data centers or network hardware projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of lab operations projects from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain lab inventory databases and asset management across data centers and warehouses.
• Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Engage in creating and maintaining project documentation including schedules and risk analysis.
• Coordinate regular stakeholder meetings and vendor communications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve delivery practices.
