Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Facility Manager in Columbus, Ohio to coordinate and supervise 24x7 operations across one or more buildings. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, reliability, and compliance while leading a team of facility technicians and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center facility management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five years of increased responsibility overseeing building systems and critical facilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians and support staff, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure conformance with change control approvals and execution.
• Assist in hiring, training, and management of on-site operations personnel.
• Oversee all facility operations to ensure efficient performance and compliance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general upkeep.
