Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in facility maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Shift flexibility is required, with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with demonstrated expertise in critical facility systems.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations within the data center and supervise technicians.
• Develop and implement training programs for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate shift schedules, PTO, and swaps; manage preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide hands-on support for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure safety, compliance, and timely response to emergencies.
