Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician in Sterling, VA. Under supervision, you will assist with maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, generator operations, and fire/life safety systems within a data center campus.

You will inspect buildings and equipment, perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks, and support inventory and material handling. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 2–5 years’ experience, some knowledge of critical facilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical and/or mechanical critical facilities systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, generator, fire detection and life safety systems.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for safe, well-maintained conditions and identify needed repairs.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and basic plumbing tasks as applicable.
• Handle inventory of tools and supplies and support with loading/unloading as needed.
