Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking a Lead Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality standards across the data center. The role reports to the Maintenance Program Manager and requires hands-on expertise combined with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and expertise in critical facility systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent communication and interaction with customers, team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Support: develop and implement training programs for maintenance technicians covering equipment maintenance, safety procedures, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate and manage team schedules, including shift assignments, PTO, and shift swaps.
• Oversee and prioritize all maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedules.
