Job summary

Goodman in Irvine, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to partner with the development team, delivering technical solutions for electrical services on data center projects. You will lead design from concept through construction documentation and provide guidance to internal and external resources.

You will review RFIs, submittals, and technical requests, manage budgets and schedules, and aim for optimized energy performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ electrical or building services design and construction experience in data center builds.
• Strong project management or project lead experience including RFQ/RFP process, selecting engineering teams, developing budgets.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in data center BOD design and knowledge of industrial/commercial architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support development team with RFPs, RFIs, and technical requests from customer engineering teams.
• Review disciplines in the design process and approve technical submittals.
• Lead design delivery from concept through construction documentation for electrical services.
