Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced on-site Owner’s Representative to oversee a major data center construction project near Wichita Falls, TX. You will manage General Contractors, coordinate with key trade partners, and drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence through all phases from ground-up development to commissioning.

The role requires 8+ years in construction PM, a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative or managing General Contractors on behalf of owner.
• Strong knowledge of data center construction processes including site development, civil, structural, mech and elec.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site development, scheduling, budgeting, milestones and contractor performance.
• Lead construction meetings, drive issue resolution and hold contractors accountable to deliverables.
• Maintain onsite presence and coordinate with client stakeholders across all phases from ground-up to handoff.
