Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager for the Owner's Rep team in San Antonio, TX with Data Center experience. You will lead budgets, schedules, and design phases, coordinating contractors and on-site activities through commissioning and project closeout.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, data center/GC background, and proficiency with PM tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering.
• 5+ years PM experience; 7–10 preferred.
• Data Center and GC experience preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up project budgets and schedules with oversight.
• Lead design phases and document management.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors on-site.
• Oversee commissioning of critical systems.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly project reports.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC on projects.
