Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks several project managers to lead data center construction across Texas, including Stamford, Haskell, Vernon, and Wichita Falls. Local candidates preferred, relocation or travel with per diem considered.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive construction project management experience, including large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, electrical distribution, critical infrastructure, and commissioning protocols.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors on projects over $50M.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PM software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• QA/QC procedures, site safety, and construction best practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of data center construction, including site development, structural, MEP, controls, and commissioning.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, trade contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on objectives and technical requirements.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure robust coordination of power and cooling infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, distribution).
• Identify, communicate, and resolve design, constructability, and commissioning issues across trades.
• Drive Lean Construction practices to improve efficiency, safety, and waste reduction.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and data center standards (NFPA, NEC, OSHA).
• Support commissioning and turnover activities; ensure systems meet performance criteria.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication with progress reporting and risk analysis.
