Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead a crew of 1-5 technicians.
• Ability to read and interpret job floor plans and blueprints.
• Experience with copper and fiber terminations and testing.
• Familiarity with MDF/IDF layouts and cable management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain safety and quality standards in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Install/decommission network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.
• Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes with a focus on improvement.
• Provide structured feedback on project progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain data center cleanliness and high workmanship standards.
• Follow safety codes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Read blueprints and documentation; perform redline updates as needed.
• Understand data center infrastructure technologies.
