Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Leader in Malvern, PA to lead a team delivering analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting. You will guide workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and resource management to align with business priorities and growth goals.

Partner with Finance, HR, and Technology to translate strategy into actionable insights, ensuring data governance and high-quality reporting across initiatives. A hybrid work model supports collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in data analytics, workforce planning, operations, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, resource management, and performance reporting.
• Proficient with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver actionable analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee workforce planning activities, including capacity management, demand forecasting, resource allocation, and talent gap analysis.
• Partner with business leaders, Finance, HR, and Technology to align workforce strategies with business priorities and future growth needs.
• Monitor workforce performance, utilization, and organizational health, providing recommendations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Present workforce trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting standards are maintained across analytics and workforce planning activities.
• Lead high-impact data initiatives, such as AI-driven analytics, big data projects, and process automation, to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
