Job summary

Vanguard Charitable is seeking a Head of Analytics, Insights and Client Experience to lead the enterprise's analytics and client experience engine from Malvern, PA. You will direct data science, BI, reporting, and client strategies that drive growth, engagement, and retention across the organization.

The role partners with senior leadership to shape strategy, develop data products, and implement measurement systems that translate insights into action and measurable improvements in client

Qualifications

• Translating complex data into executive-ready insights and actions.
• Leading analytics, reporting, and data science teams.
• Knowledge of client experience frameworks and journey mapping.
• Developing measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with predictive analytics and AI-enabled insights.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy aligned to enterprise growth priorities.
• Oversee data science, BI, reporting, and client experience initiatives.
• Develop enterprise growth scorecard and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with IT and business units to leverage advanced analytics.
• Mentor and build high-performing analytics teams.
• Champion data-driven decision making across the organization.
