The Vanguard Group seeks an experienced analytics professional to partner with business leaders, translate questions into structured analyses, and deliver executive dashboards for Wealth Management leadership.

Based in Malvern, PA with hybrid in-office Tue-Wed-Thu, this role focuses on self-service analytics, scalable insights, and advancing reporting capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, data science, or related analytical field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical projects and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-facing reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, R, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, challenges, reporting needs, and analytical opportunities.
• Translate questions into structured analyses and lead projects end-to-end.
• Serve as analytics SME on cross-functional initiatives and guide peers.
• Acquire, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources for accuracy and reliability.
• Perform advanced analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain recurring executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for Wealth Management leadership.
• Create executive presentations and data stories translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Support monthly leadership reporting and respond to ad hoc requests for presentations and strategic initiatives.
