Empower Retirement is seeking a Lead Analyst, Data Analytics to build reporting and analytics for Workplace Planning and related areas. You will work hands-on with business partners to shape requirements, design solutions, and deliver dashboards across Redshift, Salesforce, and BI platforms.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, from discovery through implementation, with opportunities to shape analytics capabilities for newer products and collaborate across tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in analytics, statistics, business, data science, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries.
• Experience gathering, integrating, analyzing, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing dashboards using BI tools (QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business/product partners to translate objectives into analytics solutions.
• Lead design and development of new reporting and dashboards where needed.
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL across multiple systems (Redshift, Salesforce, etc.).
• Build dashboards using BI tools (QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI).
• Evaluate requests and recommend effective analytics solutions.
• Own analytics initiatives end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Develop reporting to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Establish scalable reporting processes and data definitions.
• Collaborate to improve data availability, workflows, and automation.
• Serve as analytics owner for assigned products.
