Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking an experienced analytics professional to partner with business and product teams, translating objectives into scalable reporting and dashboards. You will design analytics across products, write complex SQL, and own end-to-end initiatives using QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce data.

You will influence decision-making with data-driven insights, collaborate across technology and business groups, and help drive outcomes in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Advanced SQL and ability to troubleshoot large datasets.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
• Experience with BI tools: QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ability to work independently with evolving requirements.
• Experience owning analytics projects end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product to understand objectives and translate requests into analytics solutions.
• Design and develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics for new areas.
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL across systems and sources.
• Build dashboards using BI tools (QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI).
• Evaluate requests and recommend effective analytical solutions.
• Own analytics initiatives end to end from discovery to delivery.
• Develop reporting to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Establish scalable reporting processes and data definitions.
• Collaborate across teams to improve data availability and automation.
• Serve as analytics owner for assigned products or reporting areas.
