Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Master's degree or higher is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise data analytics and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Analytics Team to align with CX goals and ROI.
• Develop AI-enabled self-service analytics capabilities for partners.
• Drive data-driven decision support and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science to deliver end-to-end analytics support.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and foster responsible use of data.
