Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking a Data Analytics & Intelligence Manager to lead analytics enablement, AI-augmented insight generation, and decision support within the Customer Experience organization. You will guide a team of analytics professionals, drive data-driven CX initiatives, and reshape analytics delivery to leverage AI capabilities.

Required: 5+ years in data management/advanced analytics, strong leadership, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI, plus cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, econometrics, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred in the same fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics team strategies aligned with CX goals and client success.
• Guide direct reports with day-to-day strategic direction.
• Utilize voice-of-customer, operational, and demographic data to improve customer satisfaction.
• Quantify ROI for CX initiatives with data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with Data Science to provide end-to-end analytics support.
• Stay abreast of AI trends and innovations in analytics.
• Remove roadblocks and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
