Georgia Power is seeking a Data Analytics & Intelligence Manager to lead a team driving advanced analytics, AI-augmented insights, and customer intelligence within the CX organization. You will reshape analytics delivery, guide strategy, and partner with executive leadership to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management, advanced analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics languages and tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, Power BI.
• Cloud technologies experience with Databricks, Azure, and GCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and modern AI modeling (LLMs, Transformers) preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional work with exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead analytics team strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Guide direct reports and provide day-to-day strategic direction.
• Ensure use of customer and operational data to drive insights and ROI.
• Quantify cost/benefit of CX initiatives and present ROI to leaders.
• Provide end-to-end analytics support with the Data Science team.
• Stay abreast of AI trends and remove roadblocks to success.
