Job summary

Georgia Power is seeking a Data Analytics & Intelligence Manager within the Customer Experience organization to lead analytics strategy and enable data-driven decisions. The role manages a team delivering advanced analytics, AI-augmented insights, and customer intelligence to improve satisfaction and business performance.

Candidates should have a strong background in data science, programming (Python/SQL), cloud platforms, and experience in enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, econometrics, economics, business’administration or related field required.
Master’s degree or above highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data analytics team strategies aligned with CX, Georgia Power, and Southern Company goals.
Lead direct reports and provide day-to-day strategic guidance.
Ensure use of voice-of-customer and demographic data to improve customer satisfaction.
Quantify ROI of CX initiatives with data-driven approaches.
Collaborate with Data Science to deliver end-to-end analytics support.
Stay abreast of AI trends and capabilities to enhance analytics delivery.
Remove blockers and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
