Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficiency analyzing large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Strong SQL programming and database fundamentals, including relational design.
• Ability to develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
• Ability to learn and configure new applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document SQL databases, data models, data structures, code, queries, automated processes, dashboards, and reporting logic.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support database solutions and dashboards to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor database and app performance to ensure data availability and timely reporting.
• Maintain dashboards and data visualization tools translating outputs into actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of dashboards with business rules and data structures.
• Create datasets, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses for leadership demands.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and align data infrastructure with decision-making needs.
• Support timely processing and reporting of critical financial data.
• Coordinate with database admins, IT, vendors, and auditors to resolve data/reporting needs.
• Evaluate new tools and platforms for data reporting suitability.
