Job summary

LTIMindtree seeks an Onsite Data Engagement Partner for Retail and Consumer Goods with 15+ years in data and analytics. You will build relationships with senior client stakeholders, identify opportunities onsite, and coordinate delivery and alliance partnerships to meet client needs and protect revenue.

Role emphasizes data ecosystems for AI, governance, modernization, and BI consolidation, with responsibility for driving solution options and stakeholder alignment.

• 15+ years of experience in data and analytics, with strong Retail and Consumer Goods domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, including data leaders and CDOs; protect renewals and expansions.
• Identify opportunities onsite through observation and listening to business pain points; translate needs into actionable opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery, architecture, partnerships, and Centers of Excellence to respond quickly to client needs.
• Develop viewpoints and solution outlines for client challenges; apply data ecosystems for AI, data modernization, governance and BI consolidation.

Onsite Data Engagement Partner – Retail and Consumer Goods, Data Analytics and AI

Experience Requirement

15+ years of experience in data and analytics, supported by strong domain knowledge of the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships and Revenue Protection

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Chief Data Officers, line-of-business data leaders, and data teams.
• Serve as a trusted onsite advisor by anticipating risks to existing programs, managing escalations early, and protecting renewal and expansion opportunities.

Opportunity Identification and Pipeline Development

• Proactively identify opportunities through onsite engagement, participation in relevant forums, direct observation of client operations, and active listening for business pain points.
• Translate identified needs into clearly defined and actionable opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership on requests for proposals and other client requests.
• Coordinate delivery, architecture, partner alliances, and Centers of Excellence to respond quickly to client needs.

Consultative Solutioning and Data and AI Expertise

• Develop points of view, solution outlines, and multiple solution options for client challenges.
• Apply experience in establishing data ecosystems for AI, data modernization, data governance and management, and business intelligence consolidation.
• Collaborate with hyperscaler partners on solution design.
• Bring prior experience in data-product initiatives.
