The role requires leading a US Cyber Middle Markets team and mentoring junior underwriters while expanding regional broker networks. Ideal candidates have cyber/tech underwriting experience and a track record of achieving profitable premium growth, with the ability to travel about

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Robust conceptual understanding of data security, privacy, cyber and information risk.
• Experience underwriting Cyber/Technology or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as part of US Cyber Leadership; manage Middle Market financial performance and process improvements.
• Mentor junior underwriters and manage broker relationships in West and Central markets.
• Underwrite renewals and new Tech/Cyber business; drive regional growth strategies.
