Job summary

AXA XL in the United States seeks an Underwriter to join the Cyber 2d Wholesale underwriting team. You will manage a diverse wholesale cyber book, renewals and new business, and work with brokers to grow the portfolio.

You will evaluate complex cyber risks, set terms and pricing, collaborate with actuaries and claims, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while advancing innovative solutions across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cyber and technology risks, data security, privacy, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proven success in managing broker relationships and driving business growth through distribution channels.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and growth of a wholesale cyber book, including renewals and new business.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with wholesale brokers, agents, and distribution partners.
• Underwrite and evaluate complex cyber risks, set terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with actuaries, claims, and product teams to develop innovative solutions and improve underwriting.
