The ideal candidate holds an active Top Secret clearance, has extensive RMF/NIST knowledge, and experience with cyber infrastructure management, scripting, and security policy development.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of related experience, or master's with 6–10 years.
• Familiar with RMF, NIST, ICD and CNSS standards.
• DoDM 8140 IAT Level II certification is required.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (ACAS) and RMF compliance tools (SCAP).
• Strong Windows, Linux, and virtualization experience in secure environments.
• Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux systems securely and reliably.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting.
• Lead coordination with IA, engineering and operations teams.
• Monitor and respond to information system, network and security events.
• Develop CM procedures and security documentation for IS software/hardware.
• Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures.
• Document compliance activities per authorization packages.
• Mentor junior engineers in cybersecurity practices.
