Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely clearance process flow.
• Monitor shipment reports to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
• Data entry into operating systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and Customs authorities.
• Support management in responding to information requests and pricing within scope of service.
