The role requires 5+ years in U.S. Customs Brokerage, supervision, HTS classification, entry preparation, and solid problem-solving and communication skills. Salary up to $100,000 with broad benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import procedures.
• Experience with HTS classification, entry preparation, and customs compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• International freight forwarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily customs brokerage operations and ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customs brokerage professionals.
• Review customs entries for accuracy, compliance, classification, and duty calculations.
• Oversee HTS classification, PGA requirements, and import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and U.S. import requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs clearance issues.
• Communicate with clients, CBP, carriers, and internal operations teams.
• Monitor team workload, performance, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
• Assist with customs audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.
• Stay current with changes to U.S. Customs regulations and import requirements.
