Qualifications

• Five years of system, procedures, research or analysis experience.

• Ability to translate business requirements into system design and evaluate options.
• Experience with customer-facing systems or utility-related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of functional analysts and contribute to system design and delivery.
• Develop an annual project workplan with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with system architects, developers, data scientists and PMs.
• Ensure staff assignments, equitable support, and sustainable cadence.
