Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1+ year retail experience preferred
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrates ownership and leads by example
• Effective leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Collaborative leadership style and teamwork
• Able to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflecting Chico's hospitality
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of another manager
• Lead and motivate the team to elevate the customer experience
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive outreach and in-store events
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment and uphold brand standards
• Communicate brand priorities and guidelines to store teams
• Support community initiatives and store operations
