Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
• 3–5 years customer service experience in a call center environment required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience required.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and Word.
• Solid knowledge of CRM workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department and monitor staffing to meet SLA.
• Oversee daily workflow and CRM responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing ERP training for required functions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Handle daily personnel issues with CSR’s and escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain daily reports of activities.
• Liaise between departments on customer service issues.
