Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a call center.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience required.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Customer Solutions department and daily operations.
• Monitor staffing, ensure adequate phone coverage to meet SLA.
• Oversee daily workflows including CRM tasks and reporting.
• Coach and develop CSRs to improve performance and compliance.
• Conduct monthly department meetings and performance appraisals.
• Provide ERP training and support for required functions.
