Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Three (3) years' of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact.
• One (1) year of experience using a personal computer and related software required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to the public about county ordinances, regulations, and enforcement actions.
• Maintain division spreadsheets and databases (property appraiser, foreclosure registry, GOVQA, Clerk of the Court, and CAD).
• Prepare lien payoff requests and lien releases; process contractor paperwork and payments.
• Generate system reports and respond to public records requests; attend meetings and record minutes when required.
