Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift performance.
• Monitor site KPI and coach team members toward objectives and improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, security, and adherence to company policies across the team.
