Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an Associate's degree with two years relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years utility experience or related engineering supervision experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
• Demonstrate ethical standards and effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Customer Design team designing power system facilities.
• Develop relationships and effective communication with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure customer-focused attitudes and satisfaction in all work.
• Advise on design, materials, work progress, and budget to meet codes and schedules.
• Develop staff through training and career development opportunities.
• Administer personnel policies and wage/salary programs.
