Responsibilities

• Cleans hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas using standard cleaning practices and equipment.
• Assigns tasks, inspects work, and requisitions supplies as needed.
• Trains employees on procedures and addresses concerns; refers issues to supervisor.
• Performs snow removal and handles weather-related maintenance when contracted.
• Completes required Didlake training and follows safety guidelines.
