Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans hallways, lobbies, restrooms and other areas using standard cleaning equipment.
• Assigns tasks, inspects work and requisitions supplies for the team.
• Trains employees on equipment use and safety; addresses issues with staff and customers.
• Fills in for cleaning staff and operates power equipment; clears snow during winter per contract.
