Job summary

• Experience with work orders and basic facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate substitute coverage for feeder group area.
• Monitor district and contracted custodial staff.
• Submit accurate work orders and respond to staff calls.
• Supervise operations at multiple sites in absence of Group Leader.
• Maintain facilities including HVAC/controls knowledge.
• Ensure snow/ice removal and building security.
